Home-based operating process

How JiayunShip handles small-volume fulfillment work.

A direct explanation of fit checks, digital records and the limits of this professional home-based operation.

1. Fit check

Before accepting work, JiayunShip checks whether the goods match the current service model: cartons, courier parcels and ecommerce products are generally suitable; heavy pallets and forklift cargo are not.

2. Receiving record

Receiving can include package sign-off, basic quantity confirmation, arrival photos and exception notes when visible issues appear.

3. Inventory record

SKU, quantity, storage status and stock changes are recorded digitally, with customer-requested updates when required.

4. Operation instruction

FBA forwarding, relabeling, repacking, returns inspection and order fulfillment are handled based on customer-provided instructions.

5. Shipment feedback

When an order or transfer is shipped, tracking information can be returned to the customer based on carrier process.

6. Service boundary

JiayunShip is not a customs broker, commercial pallet warehouse or container-handling facility. Pallets, forklift freight, oversized or heavy goods, food, liquids, dangerous goods and bulk long-term storage are not accepted.
